I did it! I completed the 8 week Body Back program with Fit4Mom Cincinnati.
It feels like it just begun – I can’t believe how fast it went by! I am honestly so sad it is over – but this program really isn’t over for me, it integrated some wonderful habits for me to continue on within my lifestyle & for that I am so thankful! This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 5 months postpartum before beginning this program.
