  • I’m two weeks in to the @fit4mom_centralcincinnati Body Back program & I am feeling great. My core is so sore you guys, I am loving it! It’s not even about the working out or trying to drop lbs for me though, it’s about creating healthier habits. On my drive home from work the husband called and said he was “feelin pizza” - my favvvvvvorite! I could have easily had him order it up and a) I would have been free from cooking b) been living my best life...but I didn’t. I stuck to my plan of making tacos AND THEY WERE DELICIOUS! FYI though - Trader Joe’s taco seasoning is spicy AF! I’m definitely getting my h2o in today trying to drown out the heat! Any who - sometimes creating new habits means making the harder choice - but I promise it will become easier & be sooooo worth it!! You got this 😘

They have a grand opening this Saturday 1/19 with wine + snacks, a complementary face mask bar, and raffle prizes! I got to check out their new location in OTR this week before they officially opened and y’all...the aesthetic in this place is incredible...my Pinterest board came to life! @rebeccasuelin brought my skin back from the dead! . . Definitely check them out and take advantage of their new membership pricing - $37/month for the first three months! Please sign me up!! This mama needs a night away once a month for some proper skin care, good conversation, and a glass of red wine please!
